Residents Encouraged To Check Their DOH Vaccine Profile While Awaiting Appointments To Be Available


Residents who completed their vaccine registration profile on the State Dept. of Health website should have received a seven-digit “confirmation code” via text or email, in order to finish setting up their profile. At the very beginning when DOH launched their registration site, a glitch in the system resulted in some not receiving the necessary seven-digit code to complete the final step of registration. Individuals who signed up very early after the website launch who do not recall receiving a seven-digit code are urged to verify their profile is completed by visiting this site:

Click on the option “Don’t know your confirmation code” if you did not ever receive a seven-digit code, and the system should then properly generate a code for you via text or email. If you already have a code, you can enter it in the confirmation code box along with your birth date and click on “Find my registration” which should bring up your completed profile and a status report showing whether each part of the profile is complete or incomplete.
