James Michael Wigger, 27, of Los Alamos was arrested Dec, 10 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of an intoxicant – aggravated.

Reid Schneider, 30, of White Rock, was arrested Dec. 10 on a Magistrate Court bench warrant.

Ethan E, Hayes, 19, of White Rock was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Gustavo Salaiz, 22, of Los Alamos was arrested Dec. 14 and charged with open container, possession of drug paraphernalia, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and buying, selling or giving alcohol to a minor.
