Stuart and Jacinta Rupprecht proudly announce the birth of their second daughter, Samantha Joanne. Samantha was born on Thursday, December 10, 2020 at Presbyterian Hospital in Albuquerque. She is a healthy bundle weighing in at 6 lbs 13 oz, and is 19 inches long. She joins big sister Shelby Delilah.
