Jerome M. Valerio, 40, of Santa Cruz was arrested Dec. 3 on a Magistrate Court bench warrant.

Kristina Espinoza, 28, of Santa Fe was arrested Dec. 4 on a misdemeanor warrant from another jurisdiction.

Brandon Smith, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested Dec. 4 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol .16 or more.

Teslin Macay Stecher, 19, of Los Alamos was arrested Dec. 7 and charged with battery on a police officer and resisting, evading or obstrucing an officer.
