Dear Editor,

My husband and I would like to thank our mailman, Steven Sanderson, for going above and beyond the call of duty on his route last week.  While delivering mail in the block south of us, he noticed two large FedEx boxes by a cluster of mailboxes.  The packages were addressed to us and had been misdelivered.  Although it was not his responsibility to notify us, he called us and we were able to resolve the matter.

If it weren’t for Mr. Sanderson’s thoughtfulness and his concern about the patrons on his route, it’s unlikely we would know the fate of our order.
