Los Alamos County Open Space and Trails with assistance from the Rocky Mountain Youth Corps will be removing highly invasive Siberian elm trees from around Woodland and Dot Grant Trails starting Thursday, Nov. 12.  The elm trees marked with biodegradable blue marking will be removed to help improve the health of the forest and prevent further spread of the Siberian Elm tree.
