Section Of 34th Street Between Urban And Villa Closed Thursday

Water crews with Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities will close a section of 34th Street to through traffic between Urban and Villa to replace a water line. 

Work is scheduled for one day only from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 8.

Working in the roadway in front of 2144 34th St., crews will maintain access to residences at all times.  No interruption of water services is planned. Crews do request that neighbors refrain from parking vehicles on 34th Street on Thursday. Motorists are advised to use caution near the construction zone.
