Members of the League of Women Voters, pictured here in a 2019 parade, will make an appearance in 1920s regalia, this Thursday, from 12pm-1pm, at both the Betty Ehart and White Rock senior centers to encourage people to vote. Chefs Mike Mason and Fred Ortiz will take your taste buds back to 1920 with a fresh helping of chicken and dumplings. Lunch is available for a suggested $5 donation for members 60 and over. Memberships to the senior centers are free by calling White Rock at (505) 672-2034 and Los Alamos at (505) 662-8920, and applications can be done via phone.
