The City of Española and Rio Arriba County are now accepting grant applications from small businesses and nonprofits affected by Covid-19. Any business or nonprofit organization based in Española or Rio Arriba County with fewer than 50 employees and annual income of less than $2 million is eligible to apply for grant funds to cover Covid-related expenses incurred between March 1, 2020 and December 30, 2020.
The New Mexico Small Business Continuity Grant program is part of the federal Coronavirus Aid, Relief & Economic Security Act (CARES Act) and is intended to help promote business continuity and offset costs associated with business redesign. Applications will be accepted through October 31, 2020.
