The League of Women Voters of Los Alamos 2020 Voter Guide for the Nov. 3 General Election will be in inserted in Thursday’s print edition of the Los Alamos Daily Post newspaper. Voters can also read about their candidates and more online at https://www.vote411.org/ by entering their address.
The League of Women Voters, a non-partisan political organization for men and women, encourages informed and active participation in government, works to increase understanding of major public policy issues, and influences public policy through education and advocacy. As a non-partisan organization, the League does not support, oppose, or make recommendations regarding any political party or candidate.
ESSENTIAL DATES
Tuesday, Oct. 6: Voter registration closes for online registration and registration by mail
Tuesday, Oct.20: Deadline for requesting an absentee ballot
EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING LOS ALAMOS AND WHITE ROCK
- Oct. 6-16, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Los Alamos County Municipal Building
- Oct. 17-31, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Municipal Building and at the White Rock Town Hall
EARLY IN-PERSON VOTING ENDS SATURDAY, OCTOBER 31.
ELECTION DAY: Tuesday, Nov. 3
Eligible voters may vote at any Vote Center: Los Alamos County Municipal Building, White Rock Town Hall and the Los Alamos County Golf Course 7 a.m.to 7 p.m.
