A two-day, family-friendly, COVID-safe Census Fiesta continues from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Washington Federal Bank, 1124 N. Riverside Drive. The drive-through event features local celebrity Chef Fernanco Ruiz, above, offering free Mexican street corn to participants popular Norteño entertainer Carlos Media will MC for a variety of entertainment. As an incentive to participate, Rio Arriba County is giving away close to $15,000 in gift cards from local businesses and other prizes.
