On Tuesday, Sept. 1, the Reel Deal movie theater graciously donated a majority of their concessions equipment and supplies to the new Fieldhouse concession stand at Sullivan Field. Family member Jim O’Donnell was on hand as Lps Alamos Public Schools facilities crew members, along with Athletic Director Ann Stewart and Athletic Administrative Assistant Stephanie Fabry, loaded the equipment. 

“We are very grateful to the Deal family for their generous donation,” said Supt. Kurt Steinhaus. “These items will be a welcome addition to the new Fieldhouse concessions stand. Thank you to everyone who helped make this happen.” 

The beloved family-owned local business is closing after 16 years of serving the Los Alamos community. No immediate plans for the building have been announced. 

The donated items include a popcorn machine and accessories, ice machine, frozen yogurt machine, pretzel and hot dog warmers and other various supplies.
