LAPS NEWS

With the start of the 2020-2021 school year, many teachers and other Los Alamos Public Schools staff are relying on email to disseminate information to students and parents. We would like to remind parents to check their Promotions, and Spam or other folders for important messages from LAPS.

Parents can create a filter to avoid future messages from LAPS or a specific school site ending up lost. If you find a message from the schools in your spam folder, select it and mark it as “Not Spam.”

Every email system has their own way to mark messages from a specific sender as legitimate and not spam. Please refer to the help section of your email provider for instructions.

LAPS uses SchoolMessenger to reach over 10,000 student and parent email addresses with important information to keep everyone up-to-date, especially during this time of remote learning and uncertainty.

If you have any questions about how to reset your email so you receive messages from LAPS, contact Sal Zapien, Director of Technology, at 663-2602 or s.zapien@laschools.net.
