Raymond Martinez, 68, of Santa Fe was arrested May 28 and charged with aggravated DWI – refusal to submit to testing, possession of marijuana, open container and driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Joselle Garcia-Sandoval, 27, of Santa Fe was arrested May 28 and charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle.

Michael S. Kowalczyk, 31, of Tierra Azul was arrested on a Municipal Court warrant.
