Los Alamos High School Graduate Samuel Bond To Enter The U.S. Army July 7

DSC_0698 (2)Los Alamos High School graduating senior Samuel Bond will enter the US Army on July 7 at Fort Benning, Georgia.  He will be joining the infantry and hopes to join the ranks of the Rangers.  Samuel was active in BSA Troop 122 of Los Alamos, where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.  He has enjoyed playing both hockey and lacrosse during his time in high school.  Sam was an active member of the high school shotgun team, the Los Alamos Young Guns, and has participated in the National Junior Olympics in bunker trap five times and once for skeet.  He has also competed in the New Mexico High School Clay Target Association state championship throughout high school.  Sam is the son of Alan and Evelyn Bond of White Rock.
