Los Alamos High School Graduating Senior Gracie Swensen To Major In Biomedical Sciences At Arizona State University

Los Alamos High School graduating senior Gracie Swensen will be attending Barrett, the Honors College at Arizona State University in the fall to major in biomedical sciences with hopes to attend medical school and become a pediatrician one day. Throughout her time in high school, she was very dedicated to the LAHS Volleyball team, participating on Varsity and and earning Varsity Letters for three years. She received a Second Team All-District Athletic Award in 2018 and four Academic All-District Awards throughout her four years on the team, along with making the Large School Northeast All-Regional Volleyball Team and receiving a First Team All-District Award this past 2019 season. Aside from the personal awards, she led her team to winning two back-to-back District Championships allowing the team to attend the State Championship Tournament two years in a row. Gracie was also a member of National Honors Society and Key Club, where she earned another Varsity Letter. She will graduate with honors at Los Alamos High School.
