Jason Moss, 59, of Los Alamos was arrested March 11 and charged with criminal penetration of a child under 13 and criminal sexual contact.

Demetrio Cardiel, 53, of Los Alamos was arrested March 12 and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Samuel J. Nasise, 50, of Los Alamos was arrested March 12 and charged with assault causing another to fear an immediate battery, an arrest order, battery upon a peace officer and resisting/evading or obstructing an officer.

Anna D. Peterson, 19, of Regina was arrested March 14 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicant – aggravated.

April M. Rivera, 34, of White Rock was arrested March 16 and charged with aggravated assault against a household member.

Justin Renee Pearson, 45, of Los Alamos was arrested March 21 and charged with battery against a household member.

Andrealyn Wyckoff, 41, of McCloud, Calif. was arrested March 22 and charged with reckless driving.
