On Pi Day, the ‘Doctors’ of faith, hope and love, Oppenheimer Love, Hope Feynman and Faith Riddle-Chambers, alias from left, Bernadette Lauritzen, Amy Vigil and Elizabeth Coons, served lunch at the drive thru at the Betty Ehart Senior Center. As the state has closed congregate meal programs across the state, programs have been encouraged to offer a drive thru service to members. The plan is to eventually transition those that are interested to receive the home delivered or Meals on Wheels option. ‘That will take some time,’ said LARSO Executive Director Bernadette Lauritzen. ‘We are taking things slowly to keep people employed but don’t overwhelm the infrastructure we currently have in place.’ Photo by John Baillie
