Los Alamos County public information officer Julie Habiger announced Tuesday that John Kelley has submitted his resignation from Los Alamos Fire Department Feb. 25, 2020.

Kelley was arrested Feb. 21 and charged with sexual exploitation of a child/possession. He had been placed on inactive duty status and placed on leave without pay.
