The Los Alamos community is invited to a conversation about North Mesa on Wednesday, Feb. 26 starting at 5:30 pm at Los Alamos Middle School.
This is an opportunity to have a conversation about North Mesa. Current options include housing for middle income, a community park and housing or no development. The door is also open to other ideas.
As a possibility to address the workforce housing needs in Los Alamos, county representatives are seeking to create design concepts on a 30-acre tract of land near the middle school that is currently owned by Los Alamos Public Schools.
For more information about the upcoming conversation, please contact Supt. Kurt Steinhaus at (505) 663-2230.
