Northern New Mexico College in Espanola is hosting a community celebration of the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday in the Center for the Arts at 921 N. Paseo de Onate.

This event is free and open to the public, family friendly, and will include exhibitors for community resources, entertainment by Moving Arts Española and a talk about Black history in New Mexico.

The event is organized by the NNMC College Office of Equity and Diversity, Black and African American Student Association.
