Loretta B. Stubbs, 59, of Los Alamos was arrested Dec. 27, 2019 and charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor and open container.

Stanlee Avery Platero, 19, of Los Alamos was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with burglary from a vehicle, aggravated driving under the influence – refusal to submit to chemical testing, and open container.
