Crews are working to restore power near Jemez Springs Friday morning.

Jemez Mountain Electric Cooperative spokesperson Tabitha Clay told the Los Alamos Reporter the coop estimates that there are some 70 customers without power, however only three calls have been received on the outage hotline.

“The most helpful thing people can do right now is to call and report in with us if your power is out. This will help us determine the extent of the outage,” Clay said.
