LAAC NEWS

Los Alamos Arts Council is pleased to announce the Annual Holiday Arts and Crafts Fair, held at Los Alamos Middle School. Join LAAC Saturday, Nov. 23, from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Vendors from New Mexico and Colorado will be in the Gymnasium of the Middle School, selling beautiful art, from jewelry to photography and painting, as well as crafts, including homemade baked goods, chile, and more.

We welcome many of our favorite vendors, like Marilyn Lisowski and Kathy Hjeresen-jewelers, Andrew Sanders-pottery, Gail Tate-unique handcrafted wood gifts, and Anabelle Lopez-goat milk soap.  We will also have some of our newer vendors who joined us for the first time last fall. Irene Herrea has been working on her quilling art pieces, always a wonderful gift for the holidays! We will also be welcoming new artists, like Daniel Stein and his beautiful oil paintings and prints.

Friends of the Shelter and Companion Animals will be selling 2020 calendars, and the Kiwanis Club of Los Alamos will be selling See’s Candy.

Dora Platero will be selling Navajo Tacos and Fry Bread, so bring your appetite!
