Attorney Phil Dabney, president of the Rotary Club of Los Alamos, Tuesday presented Youth Exchange student Gabriel Dufal of France with a trade banner from the Club.  Dufal reciprocated with a banner from his sponsoring club in Lyon, France.  Dufal arrived in Los Alamos in August and will attend Los Alamos High School through the school year.  Photo by Linda Hull
