At Friday night’s Los Alamos High School Homecoming game, Brian D’Andrea, CEO of local science and engineering company TechSource, pledged to match all donations to Court for a Cause up to $1,000. This year’s Homecoming court decided they wanted to give back to their schools, and so they started a new tradition called Court for a Cause. Members of the court are asking community members to donate through the LAPS Foundation. All proceeds will support mini-grants for teachers, so they don’t have to reach into their own pockets to fund their innovative ideas.
