The Los Alamos Triatomics Multisport Club is excited to present the Atomic Man Duathlon (Run, bike, run) again this year on Saturday, Sept. 21, in White Rock.

The race has two courses – Little Boy which is a 4K run, 12K bike and a 4K bike, and the Fat Man, which is a 5K run, 40 K bike and a 10K run. Individual participants 13 years or older and relay teams of two people are welcome to participate. This is a USAT sanctioned race but athletes of all abilities are welcome to participate.

The race starts at the Pinon Elementary School parking lot in White Rock. The run will primarily be around the La Senda neighborhood of White Rock while the race goes out along NM 4 and back.

This year the organizers have committed to contribute a portion of their proceeds to cross country teams in underprivileged high schools in Northern New Mexico. Please come out and support this great local race and a great cause.
