The White Rock Senior Center will celebrate its 24th birthday Monday, August 5. The community is invited to celebrate the occasion with a cup cake contest at 12:30 p.m. RSVPs for lunch are required by 10 a.m.  On August 10, the Center will hold a Car Show from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and a Fish Fry from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Tickets will be available at both senior centers beginning August 1 and cost $12 for adults and $6 for children 12 and under. The entry fee for the car show is $20 and the winner till take home a $50 People’s Choice Award. Cars are still needed for the event.
