Lanaya Ashley Martinez, 23, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested May 8 and charged with driving under the influence.

Rena Montoya, 32, of Ohkay Owingeh was arrested May 8 and charged with driving under the influence and driving while license is suspended or revoked.

Marion Loope, 36, of Los Alamos was arrested May 9 and charged with assault against a household member, criminal damage to property and on a District Court warrant.

Gabriel Martinez, 27, of Espanola was arrested May 12 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and shoplifting.

Greg Barthell, 57, of Los Alamos was arrested May 13 and charged with criminal sexual contact in the fourth degree – personal injury.

Daniel Duarte-Dominguez, 26, of Espanola was arrested May 14 and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, possession of a controlled substance, driving on a suspended or revoked license, no registration and no insurance.

Alicia Martinez, 33, of Los Alamos was arrested May 14 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – refusal to submit to chemical testing and careless driving.
