The New Mexico Department of Transportation continues pavement preservation remedial work on U.S. 84/285 from milepost 178.00 (Buffalo Thunder) to 182.00 (CR 109) just north of Nambe. The contractor will be milling the existing asphalt and then follow with a heater scarification overlay process.
Tuesday May 14th– U.S. 84/285 northbound off-ramp to NM 502 will be reduced to one lane at the Pojoaque Bridge. Motorists can expect delays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday May 15th – No Work Scheduled.
Thur. & Fri. May 16-17 – U.S. 84.285 southbound lanes will have various lane closures between Nambe area and Buffalo Thunder. Motorists can expect delays from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
This project is scheduled to be completed end of May, weather permitting. NMDOT thanks you for your patience during this time. Cutler Repaving, Inc. is the contractor for this project.
