The charges on the criminal complaint filed Thursday in Los Alamos Magistrate Court are as follows:

Deputy District Attorney Kent Wahlquist has filed an expedited motion for pre-trial detention with First Judicial District Chief Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer citing the weight of evidence in the case, the allegation that the crimes occurred over several years and that there are allegedly multiple victims. No date has been set for a hearing on the motion but it is expected to be set for early next week.
