Charges against Cory Schramm, 21, of Los Alamos in two cases have been dismissed without prejudice by First Judicial Assistant District Attorney Kent Wahlquist.

Schramm has been accepted into the District Attorney’s Pre-prosecution Division Program. If he fails to complete the program the charges may be refiled.

Schramm was  charged with non-residential burglary, larceny of more than $500 and less than $2,500, tampering with evidence and conspiracy to commit non-residential burglary in connection with a June 2018 break-in at a local school. Two counts of distribution of a controlled substance in a February 2019 case were also dismissed under the same conditions.
