TOTH NEWS

Want to talk with your kids about the risks of using different types of technology in relation to sexuality? Concerned about “sexting” but unsure of how to address it with your child?

Trinity on the Hill Episcopal Church is hosting a program to help you from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. Tuesday, Apr. 9 at Kelly Hall.

Join us, with facilitator Yesi Llerenas Daniel, Education Project Manager of RSEI, for the second of our free programs to empower parents/caregivers to prevent sexual violence. Learn to guide your child’s decision making in their day-to-day actions in the digital world;

This program is targeted to the families and mentors of middle/high school age students but all are welcome and useful information for younger children will be shared;

While parents are meeting with the facilitator from RSEI, children ages 5-12 can attend an age-appropriate, non-scary lesson on internet safety led by Google-certified Digital Lead Teacher & Common Sense Media Ambassador, Kimberly Eggett;

FREE childcare for children ages 0-4 (drop-off begins at 4:45 pm). Free pizza will be served following the program.
