LAPS NEWS
Have you ever seen a JUUL? Do you know what wax is? How about a Xany bar? Do you know that dabbing is more than the latest new dance move? Have you ever seen something suspicious and wondered who you should tell? If you have no idea what these terms refer to or have questions/concerns about emerging trends with e-cigarettes, prescription and illegal drugs, this information session is for you!
Los Alamos Public Schools will host an informational meeting to learn more about these important topics as well as our new Say Something Anonymous Reporting System (SS-ARS). This app allows students and parents to submit secure and anonymous safety concerns to help identify and intervene upon at-risk individuals before they hurt themselves or others.
We invite all interested parents and guardians to attend this informational meeting.
WHEN: Thursday, April 11, 2019 from 5:30 – 6:30 P.M.
WHERE: Los Alamos High School, Speech Theater
The Speech Theater is located next to the Auxiliary Gym at LAHS.
