Los Alamos Juvenile Justice Advisory Board (JJAB) is pleased to announce that David Woodruff has been elected to the position of Board Chair.
Woodruff has been serving on JJAB as a member and the Vice-Chair since March of 2014. He is the President and CEO of Zia Credit Union and holds a BA from Brigham Young University. He is a 2014 graduate of Leadership Los Alamos, which he credits for helping him gain a broadened understanding of the issues facing our community and youth.
David and his wife, Lynnae, have lived in Los Alamos since November 2012 and have three children.
JJAB meets on the third Wednesday of the month at UNM-LA and the public is welcome to attend.
Los Alamos JJAB, a non-profit organization, strives to help youth and families in our community feel connected, valued, and recognized. By partnering with other community organizations, JJAB assists with concerns regarding youth and family issues by providing individualized case management, parenting workshops, youth activities, and classes/training.
