The family of a Los Alamos High School student is trying to find 15-year old Isabel Huff who got out of a neighbor’s car on Hwy 4 in Jemez Springs Monday morning at approximately 7:30 a.m.
She was wearing a black jacket, jeans with black socks pulled up and carrying a blue backpack. Her hair was in a ponytail. She indicated that she was headed to LAHS but did not report for school Monday or Tuesday.
According to Sgt. Al Nieves with Sandoval County Sheriff’s Office, there are no leads as to Isabel’s location. Los Alamos Police Cmdr. Oliver Morris said LAPD will respond if she is located.
Isabel’s mother, Tania Huff is asking anyone who may have seen Isabel in Los Alamos or elsewhere to call her directly at 575.829.4369.
