RE/MAX First is proud to present a free community shredding event, “Shred-It” taking place on Saturday, April 11 from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM (or until the truck is full) at the Central Park Square Parking Lot in Los Alamos. This event offers local residents a safe and convenient way to declutter and securely dispose of sensitive personal documents.
Event guidelines include:
- Up to 5 boxes per household
- Paperclips and staples are accepted
- Personal documents only (no business materials)
- No hard drives or electronic items
This Shred-It event is part of RE/MAX First’s ongoing commitment to serving the Los Alamos community
by promoting organization, security, and environmental responsibility.
“We’re excited to provide this free service to our community,” said owner, Chris Ortega. “It’s a great
opportunity for residents to protect their personal information while clearing out unnecessary clutter.”
