Information published in the weekly Los Alamos Police Department Report is obtained from LAPD.  Please note that when a person is charged with a crime, a formal allegation of an offense is made and that being charged does not mean the person has been convicted of that offense. Also, please note that people who receive a summons to come to court on charges are not listed in the LAPD weekly report.

Joseph Carl Schaeperkoetter, 39, of Los Alamos was arrested January 16, 2026, and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Monique Daisy Bedonie, 31, of Window Rock, was arrested January 17 on an order of commitment.

Garrett J. Eckhart, 44, of Los Alamos, was arrested January 18 and charged with battery on a police officer, assault on a police officer, failure to give immediate notice of an accident and resisting or obstructing a police officer.

Joseph James O’Grady, 23, of White Rock was arrested January 20 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Brian Noah Joseph Martinez, 22, of Espanola was arrested January 21 and charged with driving on a suspended or revoked license.

Travis Wayne Horst, 41, of Espanola was arrested January 25 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Joseph Samuel Baca, 42, of Rancho de Taos was arrested January 27 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.

Adrian Anthony Pizano Ferran, 26, of Hernandez was arrested January 27 on a Magistrate Court Warrant and a District Court warrant.

Trenton Pena, 18, of Santa Fe, was arrested January 31 and charged with aggravated driving under the influence – failure to submit to chemical testing, two counts of negligent use of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm by a person under 18 years of age, no proof of insurance and no proof of registration.

Tim Pacheco, 63, of Los Alamos was arrested February 3 on a Magistrate Court warrant.

Andrea Romero, 40, of Los Alamos was arrested February 9 and charged with three counts of child abuse.
