Please mark your calendars for our Pre-Primary Convention on Jan. 24, 2026, at 9 a.m. at Fuller Lodge. We will elect 9 delegates from Los Alamos to participate in the Republican Party of New Mexico’s State Pre-Primary Convention, which will be held on March 7, 2026 in Ruidoso, NM, and our delegates will have an opportunity to hear from and vote on statewide candidates for this year’s election. As of today, we have one candidate for Congressional District 3, NM House Representative Martin Zamora, on our agenda for January 24. All candidates are invited to attend, and I hope we will have more who will join us. In 2026, Councilor David Reagor will host Community Town hall meetings on the 3rd Thursday of the month when we do not have a scheduled Central Committee meeting. These would be open to the public and focus on important local topics. So far, we have reserved UNM-LA, Room 505, Jeanette Wallace Hall, on March 19 and May 21 at 6 p.m. for his Town hall meetings.

We will continue to meet bi-monthly at Open Door Bible Church (2101 Trinity Ste A-2) on the 3rd Thursday of the month for our Central Committee meetings. Mark your calendars for 6pm on February 19, April 16, June 18, August 20, October 15 and December 17/Christmas party. All registered Republicans are invited to attend.
