LAPS NEWS RELEASE

Los Alamos Public Schools (LAPS) would like to make the public aware of additional work at Chamisa Elementary School in White Rock over the next several weeks that will impact the community, students and families.

The contractor will be installing a new fence on the school site beginning Monday, Nov. 3, which will necessitate closing a section of the trail behind the school. 

Students and families will be directed to temporary pathways and student drop-off and pick-up routes.

Both LAPS and Jayne’s Construction thank the public for their patience and understanding during this phase of the project.
