Say’s Phoebe Spotted At Overlook Park In White Rock

Say’s phoebe. According to All About Birds, these slender and long-tailed birds are flycatchers. They are bigger than dark-eyed juncos, but smaller than American robins. They live in open country, sagebrush, badlands, dry barren foothills, canyons, and borders of deserts but they avoid forests. Since early April, the photographer has regularly seen Say’s phoebes like this one at Overlook Park in White Rock.
