Why Lacrosse?
Lacrosse is a dynamic, team-oriented sport that fosters athleticism, confidence, and lifelong friendships. Our program will focus on skill development, teamwork, and having fun on and off
the field.

Who Can Join?
 Three youth teams:
 10 U (co-ed)
 12U (co-ed)
 14U Boys
 JV Girls: 7th grade – 12 grade.
 High School Boys: 9th – 12th grade.  l
 No prior experience necessary – just a love for learning and playing!

What to Expect in 2025:
 Expert coaching from experienced lacrosse players and coaches.
 Practices and games in a supportive, inclusive environment.
 Opportunities to compete with other teams in the region.

Try Lacrosse for Free! March 2 from 2:00-5:00 p.m.:
Interested in joining, but not sure what lacrosse is? Join us for “Try Lacrosse for Free” day on Sunday, March 2 at Overlook Park in White Rock. There will be games and activities, and a raffle with prizes for players and friends.
