Albuquerque FBI Division Accepting Nominations for 2025 Citizen’s Academy

FBI NEWS RELEASE

FBI Albuquerque is currently accepting nominations for the 2025 FBI Citizens Academy. Over the course of 8 sessions this spring, select business, religious, civic, and community leaders will be given an opportunity to go behind the scenes of local FBI operations and experience case-studies and demonstrations led by Special Agents, Intelligence Analysts, and FBI Professional Staff. Topics will include how the FBI works to combat violent crime, human trafficking, cybercrime, counter-intelligence, Indian Country, terrorism, and how teams train in forensics, firearms, evidence recovery, and more. Participants will also spend time at the range with our bomb techs and SWAT team.

The goal of this academy and all our outreach programs is to develop partnerships so we can better protect and serve our communities. We are seeking engaged leaders to join us in thoughtful dialogue about the FBI’s role in the community.

When: Wednesday evenings February 19, 2025 – April 23, 2025

Where: FBI Albuquerque 4200 Luecking Park Ave NE, Albuquerque NM 87107
