WOLF AND MERMAID NEWS RELEASE

Wolf and Mermaid’s Enchanted Café has started serving breakfast burritos.  Hand made with fire roasted tortillas, black beans, rice, cheese and a choice of chorizo or bacon, the burritos are seasoned with a healthy dose of green chile, cumin and paprika.  These mouthwatering handheld delights are so packed with flavor and food- that they are called “Blue Tape Burritos.”  Yes- Blue Tape.  As in that universal tape that everyone who gets things done uses- for painting, labeling, and many other jobs.  Blue Tape burritos, come in and get one for the road, for the day, for the morning.

And if you come in for lunch, Wolf and Mermaid are also serving sandwiches- ham and cheese, turkey and provolone, salmon and cream cheese.  They are all served on a fresh baked baguette or croissant, with a green chile aioli if you like.  

Wolf and Mermaid are thrilled and very thankful for the reception they have received in Los Alamos and are excited to continue providing new and enchanted fare for our hungry customers.
