County Utility Begins On La Paloma And La Vista Monday

Electric line crews with the Los Alamos Department of Public Utilities, will replace an underground electric primary cable in the intersection of La Paloma and La Vista Drives in White Rock next week. Work is scheduled to occur Monday, June 14 through Friday, June 18 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.  Traffic impacts will be minimal.

Crews will be working in the southeast shoulder of the intersection with traffic barricades around the construction zone.  Two-way traffic will be maintained with a flagging operation at times. Residents in the area can expect typical construction-related noise associated with excavation equipment. No power interruption is anticipated.
