PAC 8 Holds Annual Online Auction Fundraiser

Looking for a gift for someone? Or maybe something for yourself? PAC 8 is holding its annual online auction fundraiser. PAC 8 is a non-profit organization and community media center. The money raised by this auction will go to scholarships for students, PAC 8 Internships and other worthy programs.  

The auction goes until April 12. To bid on an item, email bids to Include your name, phone number, what you are bidding on, the amount of your bid and your bidding name. Each morning during the auction the highest bids will be posted on the website including the amount and bidder’s bidding name. Bidders will be notified of their winning bid April 14 by email. Items can be picked up at PAC 8 by appointment. PAC 8 takes checks, cash and credit cards.

PAC 8 thanks the local businesses who contributed to the auction. Items include jewelry,  gift certificates from local businesses, gifts and even some home-grown squash!

President’s Challenge

PAC 8 Board of Directors President Dave Schiferl will match each dollar donated to PAC 8 with one of his own, up to $500. Your donations totaling $500 will give $1000 to PAC 8. Schiferl’s offer does not apply to bids, only to outright donations to PAC 8. Donate by emailing Jean Gindreau at during the 12 days of the auction.
