Eduardo Gomez, 45, of Santa Fe was arrested January 30 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated (failure to submit to chemical testing), drivers must be licensed, financial responsible, careless driving and open container.

Donovan Peter Baca, 26, of Espanola was arrested February 2 on a Magistrate Court warrant and charged with carrying contraband into a County/Municipal jail.
