Marcos A. Vigil, 34, was arrested Dec. 30, 2020 and charged with possession of a controlled substance and a felony warrant from another jurisdiction.

David R. Martinez, 34, of Los Alamos was arrested Jan. 4 on a Municipal Court warrant.
