Luis Romero, 48, of Santa Fe was arrested Oct. 18 and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated – blood alcohol concentration .16 or more.

Patrick Purdy, 33, of Los Alamos was arrested Oct. 20 and charged with criminal sexual contact with a minor under 13.
