James Perry Cline, 49. of Los Alamos was arrested Oct. 19 and charged with reckless driving.

Salvador Eduardo Salaiz, 26, of Los Alamos was arrested Oct. 19 on a Municipal Court warrant.

Vicente Adrian Reyes-Rosas, 19, of Espanola was arrested Oct. 22 on a warrant from another jurisdiction.
